the commission was created by the Republicrat party to keep 3rd parties out. They let Perot in in 1992, but after the showing he had they've changed the rules to make it even harder for people to get in. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commission_on_Presidential_Debates http://www.gp.org/press/pr_04_16...

Re: Instant Messenger Clients
Trillian issues an update today, and when I checked their forums trying to find a change log (I'm assuming it's a security fix, getting spammed with bot messages) - I found a forum post mentioning this. It looks promising:

I always liked it better when there was just one IM program.... til somebody showed me Trillian.
Older versions of Trillian supported irc - but the current free one doesn't. The newest version is rumored to bring this support back.

So, what's the current popular choice?
I use Trillian Basic 3.1 so I can run Yahoo, AIM, MSN and ICQ (I remember when ICQ was the only one, heh).
Anything better than Trillian? Anything major that I didn't list?

I also activated subsilver2 and made a few changes to it.
As soon as I figure it out I'll adjust subsilver2 to make it a darker style. I've partially figured it out but I'm not sure if I want to screw around with it much today.

Ok, so I changed it.
If you want it back the other way - go change your board style to "glass" via the user control panel -> board preferences tab.
If you want something much brighter - pick proSilver. I use that one because it formats well and is very bright.

I wonder why there's not that much activity here. We have quite a few active players - it's rare to have more than 10 on at a time but we have several dozen regulars - yet little action on the forums. I think this can help spur more activity on the game. I also think it's a great way to communicate ...

Not that anybody cares, but thanks to the comments here as well as conversations with Genghis and Doink - I went with the Linksys Wireless-G router. Running forums isn't very difficult if you know anything about html, unix and mysql. The question is in reference to the mud: I know problem #1 is no active players. What led to that?
