do i have to "open ports" or something? I can't seem to connect to the mud any way i try. i just moved, would it have something to do with my new connection?

Send em ya ip address. Its possible that you might be on a banned subnet inadvertently. Happened to me before when another one of my clannies was banned who happened to use the same isp.
