access denied

I am an old player from several years ago. I beleive my char was last logged on in 2002. I wanted to start playing again but when I tried my old username it said access was denied. I was wondering if I could get him access so I could start playing again.

I have already send emails to some admins, and been on for several days trying to catch one in game. From what I understand helmut is one of the only ones who can help me.

Any info will be helpful, thanks
