I have no lag during normal gameplay, until I start fighting mobs. If I fight one mob everything is normal, but if I fight two or more mobs then I lag so bad I cant do anything until they die or I mort. Its fine when I fight one mob or no mobs at all, only two or more. My connection has been shotty but why only when I fight two or more mobs?
I hope something isnt wrong with my pfile or anything.

I guess if you want a little more explination on it...
The mobs are tripping you is what it seems like to me. Tripping gives around 2 rnds of lag, and they can trip u over and over and over, thus you not being able to do anything until the fight ends. Casting fly will prevent them from tripping you....cause u wont be on the ground. You can either cast it each time, or quest fly on a piece or eq. either should fix it.
