The first is:
A round, metal shield carried by a worthy competitor.

The second is:
A small pair of brown knickers carried by a Small Brownie.
Tried fairy land, unseelie sithen, southern plains, elemental canyon, and a vast number of others.

I'm beat!

Not sure about the shield off the top of my head.

The small brownie's are in an area south of alaynia. From jch go 5se and then keep going south until you see a west exit. They're that direction. Be careful, it's a tough area.

Thanks heaps for the location of the brownie....and you were right, the buggers hit hard as hell!

The shield looks to be near an arena somewhere, but does not appear to be the Tar whatever arena.
