Because of the wait and the confines, the arena battle is dead. I want to revive it, not by introducing new code, not by making it give extras, but simply reintroducing my favorite reason to watch fights... BETTING! What is a little QP lost and gained among spectators, I love it. Please consider it.
Oh, and Teos suggested maybe getting QP for capping people in general. Might actaully be fun.

This involves coding (won't happen). Betting was bugged heavily and so it was removed.

so if betting was taken away at least get rid of the 8 hour wait for betting....really good use of time.

betting was taken out because it used to crash just after someone got capped and they would lose all their equipment. hence why no one would use arena back in the day. not sure that anyone could be bothered actually fixing the problem now because others have tried and failed to work out the exact cause.
