Mail support. This has happened in the past to every clan (including Ventrue!) when justis go inactive and it slips past the admins.

I havn't had the chance to read up on the quote for justice. There are redeemings for 3rd gen though.
It wouldn't be me as an elder atm in Tremere. The limits are RCON for justicars, ive been a justicar before. I'm 3rd gen, and gully about it cuz theres no rcon.
