Go to Tristam Cellars, when you see Cain, go 2n, 2e, d, s, w, e. You will reach a room called "Dungeon Library".
Type "Get all bookcase". If you have Obtenebration, even better. Cast a guardian demon, enter shadowplane, go to the bookcase and order all get bookcase. You can practically walk out within 20 seconds without fighting anyone.
Chapel of Sprituality is also on this same floor, to the east. The altar of spirituality contains "a book of lightning".
