Go to Tristam Cellars, when you see Cain, go 2n, 2e, d, s, w, e. You will reach a room called "Dungeon Library".
Type "Get all bookcase". If you have Obtenebration, even better. Cast a guardian demon, enter shadowplane, go to the bookcase and order all get bookcase. You can practically walk out within 20 seconds without fighting anyone.
