June 2021 Update! (easier than doing the draconian king above, spending almost 10 mins in shadow grove finding entrance to Drac Towers
Go to Wolf Den, and the dark lupine will attack you before you even reach the main entrance. The fur cloak is the same as the one on Draconian King.
