Area : Under Caves
hunt mariner or 2.mariner in kracken area. When you reach the area, just follow the "A Dark Subterrainian Tunnel" till you find the secion with HUGE spider in Large Cave. You need to go eastwards until you past by this area and into a continuing "A Dark Subterranian Tunnel". This is the section you're looking for that has the garnet jewel. Wander this section and look for this room:
