Found in Ultima, carried by Shamino the Ranger. Just hunt him (will take almost 3 minutes to reach him).
An easier way would be, upon reaching Ultima, cast teleport local. You need to land in one of these 2 rooms:
"The Whirlpool" (requires mount to move about, or enter shadowplane without mount)
OR
"The Desert".
These are the 2 closest room to Shamino the Ranger and will cut your hunting time by more than 50%.
