Go to Witching Hour area, then hunt Paula.
When you reached Paula, mount a mount, then go w,s,2w and 4 down.
The pond area is a norecall zone.
Note: before going down, take note of the aggro mob (perch) that poisons you. Carry a cure poison wand if you want to be able to carry the treasure at the bottom of this pond.
