Area: Plague Village hunt village monk (2.village monk, 3.village monk) or plague rat (2.rat, 3.rat etc).
Once you hit the room "The General Store", stop hunting, and go 1n, 1w & 1s.
The "rotten fruit" will be on the ground.
The General Store

Here is a general store with plenty of goods, but no one seems to be about.
Shelves line the walls on either side of the store. There is a pervasive
feeling of neglect in the air and dust lies on the merchandise.
Some lantern oil lies here.
Some tallow candles lie here.
