AREA: Dwarven Catacombs
Step 1: hunt darkenbeast & kill it. Loot the "kingly crown" from his corpse. (this aint a crown. It is a key u need to open the stone of excalibur).
Step 2: Go back 2 norths to "Mossy Intersection" room.
Step 3: From "Mossy Intersection", go 2e,1s,1e, Cast a clone & hurl the clone SOUTH (Note: this is to break the door since the key cant open it, and picklock will FAIL too).
Step 4: Go in south and there will be a stone with the excalibur in it.
Here u can use the kingly crown to unlock the stone and get the excalibur out.

So much for being "holy" place, the place is crowded with graverobbers, black faced zombies and what not. Holy indeed. Holy shit. Lol
