Step 1: Find Machine Dreams (the place with Neogi). Enter shadowplane and move randomly about. P.S: Every room you enter, type "exit" to see all the availabe exits around you.

You're looking for a room called "Road to Newfane".

Step 2: When you reached this room, go 1 west into "The Wetlands".

Step 3: Then go 1 north and 6 west. You will reach a new room called "Tiger Lake".
