You're looking for a room called "Road to Newfane".

Step 2: When you reached this room, go 1 west into "The Wetlands".

Step 3: Then go 1 north and 6 west. You will reach a new room called "Tiger Lake".

Step 4: Now go 5s and 3w. You will reach the deepest part of the lake.

Step 5: Finally go 5d. There will be a chest. The potion is in the chest. (there are aggo mobs all the way down. Cast a guardian demon before going down as the next few levels are nospells area. "Order gurdian get all chest"
