Step 1: Fine machine dreams (the place with Neogi). Enter shadowplane and move randomly about. Every room you enter, type "exit" to see all the availabe exits around you.
You're looking for a room called "Road to Newfane". When you reached this room, go 1 west into "The Wetlands".
Then go 1 north and 6 west. You will reach a new room called "Tiger Lake". Now go 5s and 3w. You will reach the deepest part of the lake.
Finally go 5d. There will be a chest. The potion is in the chest.
